Josephine’s passion for real estate began during her university days, working weekends at a busy boutique agency’s reception. There, she learned the ropes, from managing new listing enquiries to coordinating open houses.

When the opportunity to jump into sales herself came up, she knew it was what she wanted to do. At Semple, Josephine thrives on the dynamic nature of the role and, most of all, making a real difference in her clients’ lives. She found that she has a distinct knack for matching buyers with properties, and is skilled at negotiating.

Earning her sales registration in 2018, Josephine has cultivated a reputation built on trust and open, honest communication. She boasts a deep understanding of Perth’s southern corridor, enriched by her personal ties to the Rockingham/Kwinana areas and her roots in the Cockburn/Fremantle pocket.

Outside of work, Josephine is kept busy with her two daughters at their recitals, music lessons, and parties, with spare moments going to short family getaways. With her partner, Josephine also has an automotive workshop in Rockingham, which they absolutely love.
