The Cockburn Coast Redevelopment Area, stretching from South Beach to Port Coogee, is a major project set to welcome 12,000 people in 6,000 homes over the next decade or two. This project aims to rejuvenate large swathes of underutilised land, dividing it into distinct precincts, each with its own unique character and design offerings. First off the block is the Shoreline area, where they're mixing in new homes with spots everyone can enjoy – think parks, sports fields, and even a new school.
